Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. This applies to a single delivery.

In the case of a single order placed by the consumer for multiple goods in the online shop that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ILLUSTRATIONARY.ART - Kathrin Wilfong, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-925-058, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany; e-mail address: info@illustrationary.art) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail). The inclusion of the following information is required for adequate and timely processing:

• Your full name (i.e. first name and surname),

• Details identifying the contract or the part of the contract that the consumer wishes to revoke (i.e. the order number and a detailed description of the goods you wish to return), and

• information regarding the electronic means of communication to be used to transmit the acknowledgement of receipt of the revocation to the consumer (i.e. your e-mail address).

 

You may also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form below. - If you make use of either option, we will communicate to you without delay (by e-mail) an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal, which still necessitates a subsequent review for correctness and official applicability according to the conditions mentioned in this policy on a case-by-case basis.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this purchasing contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please note in this context: The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

This must happen without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Since the goods ordered from the online shop are manufactured and shipped by a print-on-demand provider - and not directly by ILLUSTRATIONARY.ART - you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Thank you for your understanding.
